| Amy Jones is an artist and photographer in central Arkansas specializing in on-location portrait photography When I look back at certain photos of my own kids and family, I am always amazed at where the time has gone. These pictures always bring exclamations of "Oh my goodness, look how little she was." or "Gee, didn't we look so young!", "Can you believe my great big dark-haired boy was a tow-headed blond then?". And of course, I have those select favorites on my walls that "will never come down". Pictures I savor and treasure. Isn’t it funny how one photo can make you laugh, jog a memory or even soften grief. For you, my goal is to capture the real personalities and expressions unique to the "gifts of joy" that comprise your family — not just a formal portrait, but a tiny moment in time that tells the story of who you are. |
